Welcome to Peak Rankers LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (www.peakranker.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Peak Rankers LLC provides appointment-scheduling and marketing support services for licensed real-estate professionals.
Our work may include:

a. Researching and engaging property owners who have expressed openness to speaking with a real-estate professional.

b. Qualifying their level of interest.

c. Coordinating and scheduling listing appointments between the homeowner and the participating agent.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

We aim to provide verified and well-qualified appointments; however, we do not guarantee a specific business outcome, listing, or sale. Success depends on the agent’s follow-up, presentation, and market conditions.

3. Appointment Replacement Policy

If a confirmed appointment is missed, canceled, or does not meet the qualification criteria agreed upon at purchase, we will verify and provide a replacement appointment at no additional cost.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

a. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
b. All payments are final once an appointment has been delivered.
c. If we are unable to deliver an appointment within the expected timeframe and no delivery has occurred, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframes:

1 Appointment → within 2 weeks

3 Appointments → within 6 weeks

5 Appointments → within 12 weeks

Delivery estimates depend on lead availability and market conditions. We will notify clients of any delay and continue fulfillment until delivery is complete.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

a. Follow up promptly with homeowners.

b. Confirm appointments once received.

c. Communicate courteously and professionally.

d. Use appointments solely for legitimate real-estate business purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Clients may not:

a. Resell, share, or transfer appointments provided by Peak Rankers LLC.

b. Use our services for deceptive, misleading, or illegal purposes.

c. Engage in abusive or unprofessional communication with prospects or staff.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Peak Rankers LLC acts as an independent service provider and is not a brokerage, agent, or partner of any real-estate company or licensee. We do not participate in negotiations, listings, or real-estate transactions.

9. Hold Harmless Agreement

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Peak Rankers LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claim or loss arising out of:

a. Appointment outcomes or communication between agent and homeowner.

b. Missed or unsuccessful transactions.

c. Any loss of revenue or opportunity associated with the use of our service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Rankers LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific appointment service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Modifications to Services & Terms

We may update these Terms or our service descriptions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
